The Ministry of Lectors is open to any man or woman who has completed grade 7. Lectors proclaim the Word of God for us during Holy Mass and offer our prayers of petition (when the Deacon is not present) during the Prayer of the Faithful.

The ministry demands that the lector look over the Word of God during the week and be prepared to proclaim the Word of God at each liturgy.
